I love Indian food. Always have! I started blogging in 2011 with the intention of sharing my Indian food finds. The hidden gems and popular local food which are mostly popular within their localities. It’s been an incredible journey of learning and fulfilment.
Many of my posts are around street food. Tasty food doesn’t always come with good hygiene practices in the Indian sub-continent. Hence, it’s best to stick to street stall or restaurants that are busy, as they’re likely to have freshly cooked food See what’s selling more and which dishes are warm. Avoid the ones lying open and cold. Also, it’s always safer to avoid uncooked accompaniments like chutneys.
I’ve also recently added a food events section highflying interesting food events happening in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune.
